NOT be used on any custom card websites.
If you have a question on my Terms of Use please email me before you
purchase my templates. I reserve the
right to ask you to remove my designs from your website if I find your use to
violate my terms of use.

these designs, you agree to the following terms of use:
1. Actions, Templates or Design Elements will by used by a photographer to
enhance the services offered in their business or for personal use by an
individual.
2. Actions, Templates, or any elements within the template, are not to be
resold as a unit or individually. Elements are not to be used in a
"New" design and re-sold.
3. Templates or Design Elements are not to be offered as a design on a
"Custom Card or Storyboard" commercial resale service, despite the
fact that the finished product is a flattened design.
4. Any further clarification re: use should be addressed with the designer

In summary, if you are a photographer or individual, you may use designs shared
for personal use or within the framework of your business. You may display
designs with your original work in them on your business website galleries
(Birth announcements, Holiday cards, borders around photos, etc.). You may use
Actions on your photos for clients. You may offer the finished, printed product
to your clients. You MAY NOT offer the designs within the context of a
"Custom Card or Storyboard" commercial service. You MAY NOT resell the
designer's original template or design element in a "New" template.
